Contracting Works

Cove Construction Ltd has worked on many Commercial and Residential projects as the main contractor on a design and build basis. Clients have included Thames Valley Housing Association, Sentinel Housing Association, Fogarty Brothers Ltd and Forest Care Ltd. Our commitment is to deliver high quality developments, on time and within budget to the client.


Current Projects

66 & 68 Fernhill Road, Farnborough
Cove Construction Ltd is proud to be working in partnership with Sentinel Housing Association to deliver low cost affordable housing for key workers and for those on the housing waiting list.

This development comprises of 13 x two-bedroom apartments and 1 x three-bedroom house. This project is due to be completed in October 2007.

Wood Lane, Farnborough
Cove Construction Ltd is proud to be working in partnership with Sentinel Housing Association to deliver low cost affordable housing for key workers and for those on the housing waiting list.

This development comprises of 6 x two-bedroom apartments and 4 x three-bedroom houses. This project is due to be completed in 2008.

Holly Lodge, Frimley
Cove Construction Ltd has been selected as the main contractor of Holly Lodge Nursing Home in St Catherines Road, Frimley by Forest Care Ltd. This project involves the construction of a 70-bedroom nursing home totalling approximately 2,450sq.m (26,000 sq.ft) on a design and build basis.

Cove Construction Ltd is proud to be working in partnership with Sentinel Housing Association to deliver low cost affordable housing for key workers and for those on the housing waiting list.

This development comprises of 7 x two-bedroom apartments, 13 x three-bedroom town houses and 3 x four-bedroom town houses. This project is due to be completed in 2009.

This development comprises of 22 x two- bedroom apartments. This project is due to be completed in 2008.
Crown Lane, Newnham, Near Hook
Cove Construction Ltd has been selected as the main contractor of this Nursing Home in Crown Lane, Newnham by Forest Care Ltd. This project involves the construction of a 60-bedroom nursing home on a design and build basis.
