Cove Homes is actively seeking new development opportunities and will acquire these on an unconditional basis, or on a conditional basis, subject to planning.

Our requirements include: -

	Land with or without planning
	Land suitable for a single plot or several dozen
	Properties ranging from starter homes to luxury dwellings
	Land within the established settlement boundary or
	Strategically located sites that can be promoted through the Local Development Framework
	Effective introductions acknowledged and agents retained

Where a site is acquired on a subject to planning basis, Cove Homes will carry out all matters relating to the planning application and will cover all costs associated therewith.
