Cove Homes is actively seeking new development opportunities and will acquire these on either an unconditional or conditional basis, subject to planning.

Our requirements include: -

	Land with or without planning;
	Land suitable for several dwellings to several dozen;
	Properties ranging from starter homes to luxury dwellings;
	Land within the established settlement boundary;
	Strategically located sites that can be promoted through the Local Development Framework.

Where a site is acquired on a subject to planning basis, Cove Homes will carry out all matters relating to the planning application and will cover all costs associated therewith.
