Oakley Hall Hotel

A unique project to refurbish a Grade II listed Conference Centre in Oakley into a 4 star Hotel was the challenge faced by Cove Construction during 2008/2009. Completed on time Oakley Hall opened their 18 luxury bedrooms in June 2009.

Yew Barton Court, Church Crookham

An exceptional development of 14 apartments in gated grounds.

Amber Gardens, Victoria Road, Farnborough

A low cost affordable housing scheme comprising of seven apartments and sixteen houses in Farnborough. This development was completed in 2009 for Sentinel Housing Association Limited.

Wood Lane

This development comprises of four houses and six apartments completed in Spring 2008 on behalf of Sentinel Housing Association.

Holly Lodge

Cove Construction Ltd was main contractor for Holly Lodge, a specially designed Dementia Care Nursing Home that was opened by Michael Gove MP in April 2008. This 26,000 sq ft building includes 60 bedrooms with ancillary facilities in landscaped grounds.
