Cove Homes is proud to have obtained planning permission for 128 dwellings on land at Silent Garden, Liphook. This site had been identified as a reserve housing site in the East Hampshire DC Local Plan.
The development will comprise of a total of 128 dwellings, including 11 x one bedroom flats, 35 x two bedroom flats, 2 x two bedroom coach houses, 23 x two bedroom houses, 27 x three bedroom houses and 30 x four bedroom houses.
Construction is due to comence in 2012. |
